• Shipments are made with ELTA door to door and Courier Center.
• Deliveries are made within 1-3 days from the day the order is sent.
• After your order has been shipped, you will receive a relevant email and sms to the mobile phone you have registered with the tracking number to track your parcel.
• Your order will arrive free of charge if it exceeds the amount of €49 and does not exceed 4 kg (actual or volumetric).
• Free shipping excludes all furniture, promotional packages, and all products over 10 kg.
• The final shipping cost will be displayed in the cart BEFORE the completion of your order.

Partner transport agency

• Your order will be shipped if it weighs more than 30kg (actual or volumetric).
• Your order will be delivered to your address (if possible) or to your nearest agency. You will be informed about this BEFORE sending your order by phone from our company.
• Delivery is made on the sidewalk and at the hours of 8:00 - 16:00.
• Cash on delivery is not supported as a payment method.

www.pickabooshop.gr does not recognize the existence of any responsibility in case of delivery delay due to extreme weather phenomena, strikes and force majeure.

At each stage of your order, you will receive a relevant email from us.

If for some reason your product is not available (eg out of stock) you will be informed as soon as possible. If you require your order earlier, you can call us to see how we can modify it so you can have it as soon as possible.

If upon receipt you find that your parcel(s) is damaged, opened, tampered with, wet, etc., DO NOT collect the parcel from the carrier. Refusal of receipt and immediate contact with us at tel. 26450-25801

Refusal to receive parcel

The customer must receive the package he has ordered with cash on delivery payment, based on legislation that protects online stores. In the event that the product does not satisfy him, he can of course then (within 14 days) return it.

In the event that, for any reason, a parcel is not accepted, or the recipient does not receive it at his own risk, he will be asked to pay the total cost of shipping and returning the parcel. Otherwise, a process will be initiated to claim the money, including the cost of the entire process of claiming it.

Incorrect order details:

Orders with invalid / wrong phone numbers and addresses will NOT be executed. Before the execution of the order we try to get in touch in every way to correct invalid or wrong information that is declared in your order. In this case the order is processed and pending and its delivery times change accordingly. If the correct information is not provided by the customer, the order cannot be executed and is therefore automatically cancelled.
