Cooperating courier company

  • Deliveries are made with ELTA door to door and ACS Center.
  • Deliveries are made within 1-3 days from the day the order is shipped.
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a related email and SMS on the mobile number you provided with a tracking number to monitor your package.
  • Your order will be delivered for free if it exceeds the amount of €69 and does not exceed 4 kg (actual or volumetric).
  • Free shipping excludes all furniture, promotional packages, and all products that exceed 10 kg.
  • The final shipping cost will be displayed in the cart BEFORE you complete your order.

 

Partner transport agency

  • 'Your order will be shipped if it exceeds a weight of 30kg (actual or dimensional).'
  • Your order will be delivered to your address (if possible) or to the nearest agency to you. You will be informed about this BEFORE the shipment of your order by phone from our company.
  • Delivery is made on the sidewalk during the hours of 8:00 – 16:00.
  • "Cash on delivery" is not supported as a payment method.

 

 

The www.pickabooshop.gr does not recognize any liability in the event of a delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes, and force majeure.

If for any reason your product is not available (e.g. it is out of stock), you will be informed as soon as possible. If you require your order earlier, you can call us to see how we can modify it so that you can have it as soon as possible.

If upon receipt you find that your package(s) is damaged, opened, tampered with, wet, etc., DO NOT accept the package from the carrier. Refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at tel. 26450-25801.

Refusal to receive a package

The customer is obliged to collect the package they ordered with cash on delivery, based on legislation that protects online stores. In the event that the product does not satisfy them, they can of course return it later (within 14 days).

In the event that, for any reason, a package is not accepted, or is not picked up by the recipient due to their own fault, they will be required to pay the total cost of the shipping and return of the package. Otherwise, a process will be initiated to claim the money, including the cost of the entire claims process.

Incorrect order details:

ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED with invalid / incorrect phone numbers and addresses. Before processing the order, we try to contact in every way to correct any invalid or incorrect information provided in your order. In this case, the order is put on hold and processing, and the delivery times are adjusted accordingly. If the correct information is not provided by the customer, the order cannot be processed and is therefore automatically canceled.
