The cancellation of the order by the customer is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment by PICK A BOO and in time no more than one (1) hour from the moment of its submission. Cancellation is done by sending an electronic message (e-mail) to info@pickabooshop.gr. on behalf of the customer or by phone at 2645025801 (within our opening hours). The customer must state the exact details of his order (order number/order phone). The cancellation is not considered complete if a relevant message/confirmation is not sent by PICK A BOO by email to the customer.
In the event that the customer has paid the value of his approved order and PICK A BOO prior to his declaration of cancellation has already collected it, then PICK A BOO must, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, return the received value to the customer in the same way that he made his payment. In case the purchase was paid by bank deposit, the deadline starts from the time the user/customer declares the cancellation and at the same time will notify PICK A BOO in writing the IBAN of the bank account and the competent bank, where he is the beneficiary/co-beneficiary, and to which account he wishes the refunded price to be deposited. In the event that payment was made in cash, this period starts from the receipt of the order cancellation statement and will be made upon agreement with the customer from the physical pickaboo store . Finally, if a credit or debit card has been charged, then PICK A BOO is obliged, within the period of fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the statement, to declare the cancellation of the charge to the cooperating bank, which then forwards the order to the issuer of the user's card/client bank. In this case, PICK A BOO is considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations by declaring the cancellation to the collaborating bank (and returning any fee collected if it has already been paid to it by the time of cancellation). The PICK A BOO expressly declares that it has absolutely no authority or responsibility regarding the method of offsetting the amount to the customer's account by the bank that has issued his card (especially in the case of an order with interest-free installments, regarding whether there will be a gradual offsetting or immediate early maturity of installments, etc.) and these issues are regulated exclusively by the issuing bank of the card based on its policy and the contract that connects it with the customer.
