Deliveries are made within 1-3 days from the day the order is shipped.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a related email and SMS on the mobile number you provided with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Your order will be delivered for free if it exceeds the amount of €69 and does not exceed 4 kg (actual or volumetric).
Free shipping excludes all furniture, promotional packages, and all products that exceed 10 kg.
The final shipping cost will be displayed in the cart BEFORE you complete your order.

Refusal to receive a package

In the event that, for any reason, a package is not accepted, or is not picked up by the recipient due to their own fault, they will be required to pay the total cost of the shipping and return of the package.
