Refusal to receive parcel
The customer must receive the package he has ordered with cash on delivery payment, based on legislation that protects online stores. In the event that the product does not satisfy him, he can of course then (within 14 days) return it.
In the event that, for any reason, a parcel is not accepted, or the recipient does not receive it at his own risk, he will be asked to pay the total cost of shipping and returning the parcel. Otherwise, a process will be initiated to claim the money, including the cost of the entire process of claiming it.

Before the execution of the order we try to get in touch in every way to correct invalid or wrong information that is declared in your order. In this case the order is processed and pending and its delivery times change accordingly.
