If you want to create a new construction or modify an existing one, simply throw it into the water. This way the water-soluble glue dissolves. If upon receipt you find that your package(s) is damaged, opened, tampered with, wet, etc., DO NOT accept the package from the carrier. Refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at tel. 26450-25801.
Refusal to receive a package
The customer is obliged to collect the package they ordered with cash on delivery, based on legislation that protects online stores. In the event that the product does not satisfy them, they can of course return it later (within 14 days).
In the event that, for any reason, a package is not accepted, or is not picked up by the recipient due to their own fault, they will be required to pay the total cost of the shipping and return of the package. Otherwise, a process will be initiated to claim the money, including the cost of the entire claims process.
Incorrect order details:
ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED with invalid / incorrect phone numbers and addresses. Before processing the order, we try to contact in every way to correct any invalid or incorrect information provided in your order. In this case, the order is put on hold and processing, and the delivery times are adjusted accordingly. If the correct information is not provided by the customer, the order cannot be processed and is therefore automatically canceled.
